As a trusted advisor to top executives worldwide, he has orchestrated successful business and technology initiatives across diverse sectors, from Financial Services to Consumer Products.

In 1993, Ajay laid the cornerstone for SDG Corporation, driven by a commitment to delivery-driven and client-centric innovation. As part of his continued commitment to public service, Ajay serves as a Governor appointed member on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Lottery Corporation.

Nag Bhadravati

Chief Operating Officer

As SDG’s Chief Operating Officer, Nag has more than 20 years of executive-level information technology experience. This has cultivated his passion for surpassing clients’ objectives through excellent service, lean operating methods, and incentive-driven rewards for team achievement. Nag and his teams work closely with clients to evaluate strategic and tactical business needs, understand their unique requirements, and deliver a world-class product, professional services, and/or advisory solutions.

Nag is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional specializing in technical consulting, program management, client relationship management, multimillion-dollar P&L management, and turnaround leadership and management. Prior to joining SDG, he worked at Fujitsu Consulting and Tata Consultancy Services.

After earning a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Nag also received a graduate certificate in Project Management from Colorado State University and a post-graduate certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Sabyasachi

Chief Technology Officer

Sabya as SDG’s Chief Technology Officer has more than 16+ years of experience in consulting and delivering technology solutions in areas such as Digital Transformation, Identity & Access Management, Information Security & Risk Management and empowering businesses with his technology prowess in the field of DevOps, Automation, Analytics & Cognitive, Cybersecurity among others. He drives customer success by leveraging experiential knowledge and thought leadership in designing and implementing complex business solutions that delivered strong ROI.

Sabya holds the leadership & experience of driving innovative ideas and implementing IP led solutions and frameworks to enable faster time–to-market and lower TCO. He is a logical & objective decision maker with a strong ability to manage crisis at all levels, Initiated & led strategic changes and critical business and technology related process improvement initiatives.

Prior to SDG, Sabya was associated to TASEC Ltd. (A Tata Advanced Systems Company) as a Practice Head for Cyber Security. He has earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Banaras Hindu University.

TJ Carnegie

Chief Revenue Officer

TJ Carnegie is a seasoned revenue leader with nearly three decades of experience driving sales growth and go-to-market excellence in the cybersecurity and IT solutions space. As Chief Revenue Officer at SDG Corporation, TJ oversees global revenue operations, guiding strategic sales initiatives and growth execution across the organization’s cybersecurity, identity, and risk management portfolio.

Before joining SDG in 2025, TJ served as VP of Sales, North America at Cyderes, where he helped scale revenue operations and strengthen client relationships during a period of rapid growth and transformation. Prior to Cyderes, he spent nearly nine years at Optiv, rising through multiple leadership roles—from Account Manager to Area Vice President of Northeast Enterprise—where he consistently exceeded growth targets and helped enterprise clients navigate complex security challenges.

TJ is recognized for his strategic vision, high-performance team leadership, and customer-first approach. He is based in the Carmel, Indiana and brings a blend of startup agility and enterprise rigor to every organization he serves.

Ohad Revach

Chief Financial Officer

Ohad Revach serves as Chief Financial Officer at SDG Corporation, where he leads the company’s global finance function, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, audit, and reporting. With a strong background in financial transformation and strategic growth, Ohad plays a critical role in driving business performance and scaling operations.

Prior to joining SDG, Ohad spent eight years at Checkmarx, where he advanced from Corporate Controller in Israel to Global Vice President of Business Finance. During his tenure, he helped guide the company through significant expansion—from $50 million to $250 million in revenue—and supported its growth from 400 to over 1,000 employees worldwide.

Ohad began his career at Deloitte, where he spent seven years across Tel Aviv, the San Francisco Bay Area, and New York. He advised clients ranging from early-stage startups to multinational enterprises, providing guidance through IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and complex financial transformations. He was honored as Deloitte Israel’s Employee of the Year out of approximately 5,000 professionals.

Ohad holds a degree in Economics and Accounting, an MBA, and is a CPA and certified accountant in Israel. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, Stav, and their two young sons.

VP of Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing at SDG, Charisma is responsible for positioning, messaging, campaign creation, content strategy, tradeshows, and promotion of all marketing efforts to support sales and drive growth. Charisma joined SDG with almost 30 years of marketing experience in both startups and established companies. Prior to joining SDG, Charisma served as the Senior Director of Product Marketing for Seczetta, and she was the Director of Global Marketing at Fornetix. She has held positions of increasing responsibility in the cybersecurity and satellite, defense, and aerospace groups at Access Intelligence. Charisma holds a BS in Communications and Minors in both Marketing and Management from Wichita State University.

Kelly Janiro

VP of Human Resources

In her capacity as SDG’s Vice President of Human Resources, Kelly is charged with building our people foundation. Kelly rejoins SDG from Danbury Mission Technologies (formerly United Technologies) where she consistently bridged the gap between HR and the business to ensure alignment and business success. Kelly is an HR professional with approximately 20 years of experience and a passion for employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning. Kelly has a B.S. degree in Business Management and a minor in Economics and Psychology from Manhattan College and a Masters in Adult Education and Human Resource Management from Fordham University, Lincoln Center.

Scott Walter

AI and Automation

Scott has 20+ years of experience in leading global teams to deliver high impact technology projects across a variety of industries. As Vice President of Cloud Acceleration & Enablement, Scott leads a global team that is knowledgeable in cloud compute environments, cloud transformation strategies and cloud security. He and his team partner with our clients to accelerate their journey to the cloud and subsequently their ongoing cloud initiatives. Scott rejoins SDG after serving as Vice President of Engineering at Tenovos and Director of Application Development at HBO.
Ken Dunbar

Ken Dunbar

Ken is Managing Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM) at SDG, bringing more than 25 years of experience in cybersecurity and digital identity. He has led complex IAM initiatives across healthcare, higher education, and financial services—guiding organizations from strategic planning through to full-scale implementation.

Ken’s deep expertise spans a wide range of IAM platforms and enterprise systems, including Workday, ServiceNow, Epic, SAP, and Oracle Fusion. His cross-industry experience has made him a trusted advisor for building scalable, secure, and integrated identity solutions tailored to business needs.

At SDG, Ken also leads innovation efforts focused on applying artificial intelligence and robotic process automation to address emerging cybersecurity threats. Known for his ability to translate complex business challenges into elegant, vendor-agnostic solutions, Ken is equally comfortable advising at the executive level and collaborating with technical teams.

As an Identity & Access Management professional, Santosh successfully leads the Technical Solution Design and Architecture, Solution Development, and Deployment phases of Identity & Access Management assignments for Fortune 100 companies and large enterprises. His has experience in industries including Manufacturing & Industrial, Health Care, Finance & Banking, Automobile, Telecommunication, Food & Beverage Major, and Aviation.
Jaike Hornreich

Jaike Hornreich

Jaike is a Governance, Risk, and Cybersecurity Professional with 15 years of experience in information security consulting, data privacy consulting, controls and compliance, vulnerability management, network and application (web / mobile) penetration testing, and cybersecurity process improvement. The previous decade was spent developing and scaling Risk Advisory and Cybersecurity practices, establishing service offerings (process, deliverables, tooling, etc.), thought leadership, business development, team building and management, and performing technical fieldwork. At SDG, Jaike provides high-end consulting services to assess compliance and maturity, improve security posture, and drive large-scale transformation for a diverse client base spanning Fortune 100, Higher Education, Hospital Systems, Retail, e-Commerce, Non-Profit, and Start Ups world-wide utilizing multi-disciplinary teams.

Meetali Sharma

Risk and Compliance

Meetali is an award-winning and industry-recognized subject-matter expert in Risk Management, measuring the effectiveness of controls and maintaining and improving strategic management systems and internal control structures around information security. She also has extensive experience in managing Audit Programs & establishing Incident Management Systems.

Pradeep Kapoor

Solution Delivery

In addition to leading the delivery operations in India, Pradeep also leads delivery governance globally for SDG. He manages an organization of over 300 associates that deliver high-quality consulting and software solutions. These solutions include advisory, transformation, and managed services in Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation practices.

Pradeep has over 20 years of experience in IT outsourcing, setting up Offshore Development Centers for global clients—including Fortune 100 companies—and managing P&L. He is passionate about customer success and building high-performance teams.

Pradeep holds an engineering degree from NSIT, Delhi and is a certified PMP and CSM.

Soumak Roy

Soumak Roy has more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity leadership roles with preeminent technology organizations. Prior to SDG, Soumak was Global Head of Cybersecurity and Risk Management – Solutioning & Presales for Tech Mahindra, Head of Cybersecurity for TATA Advanced Systems Limited, and Pre-Sales Head (India & SAARC) - Fraud & Risk Intelligence for RSA. He is an experienced practitioner in both enterprise and consumer security including Identity & Access Management, Fraud & Risk Intelligence, Infrastructure Security, Security Operations, and Cyber Intelligence. Soumak has a deep interest in Dark & Deep Web Intelligence and among many initiatives, is working to secure the cyber world by leveraging intelligence-driven automation and proactive-defense.

Charles is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Recognize. Prior to Recognize, Charles was the CEO and Chairman of Infor, an enterprise applications company. Prior to Infor, he was President and a director of Oracle Corporation, and a Managing Director in the Technology Group, and a director at Morgan Stanley. Charles served as a Captain in the U.S. Marines. Charles received a J.D. from New York Law School, an M.B.A. from Hampton University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy.

Charles currently serves on the boards of directors of Bloomberg LP, American Express, Compass Inc., the Apollo Theater, and the Council of Foreign Relations. He is also the co-founder and Co-Chairman of the Black Economic Alliance, a consortium of business leaders committed to economic growth in Black communities.

Jack Berney

Jack is a Principal of Recognize. Prior to Recognize, Jack was a Private Equity Associate at New Mountain Capital and an Analyst at Apollo Global Management LLC. Jack received a B.A. from Yale University.

Josh Miller

Board Member

Josh Miller is a Partner at Recognize and a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. He joined the Firm at its inception and brings more than fifteen years of technology investing and operating experience. Prior to Recognize, Josh founded and served as a Managing Partner of Atomic, a venture studio in San Francisco, where he helped build a number of successful technology businesses including telemedicine pioneer Hims & Hers Health (NYSE:HIMS), and TalkIQ, one of the first enterprise AI applications (now Dialpad). Earlier in his career, Josh worked at Bain Capital and Blackstone.

Originally from Washington, DC, Josh graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Classical Studies and a B.S. in Economics. Outside of work, Josh is an avid skier, golfer and gardener, and is passionate about improving access to education globally.

Josh currently serves on the board of directors of Ciklum, egen, MediaMint, Qubika, SDG and TRANZACT. He is also a member of the Governing Board of the St. Albans School of Public Service and the Steering Committee of the UJA’s Young Wall Street Division.
