Experience designing and implementing highly available WebSphere portal environments
Extensive experience designing and implementing performance test plans to provide benchmarking and capacity planning
statistics
Experience performance modeling and tuning all aspects of a WebSphere Portal infrastructure
Proficiency with AIX required including administration, performance tuning and troubleshooting. Similar experience
with Linux or Solaris a plus
Experience with full WebSphere portal project life cycle, from concept through support.
Must be familiar with J2EE framework and programming concepts
Experience in HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and general web application development
Experience in installing, maintaining, and supporting relational databases including DB2 or Oracle
Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively with members of diverse technical and functional teams
Experience with WebSphere Commerce a plus.
IBM WebSphere Portal Certification a plus |
