WEB BASED WARRANTY CLAIMS SYSTEM
For a division of a Fortune 5 corporation, SDG Corporation created a web-based Warranty Claims System that enables B2B transactions. This
was expansion of an existing Client Server system that was used internally where claims were manually entered after being received from the customers. The web-based system implemented the ability for users to enter
warranty claims themselves and initiate the workflow for approval. The approval process and reporting was also made web-based.
