Proven ability to see the big picture and manage an entire project by documenting and tracking project vision, not just
individual tasks and deliverables.
Technical knowledge of web development, enterprise application integration, and operations required, with a proven
background of working with technical teams to define projects, create supporting documentation, and drive a project to completion.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, time/resource management skills, interpersonal skills,
organizational skills and experience with project management software applications and Databases (including MS Project, MS Excel and MS Access) concepts, and tools.
Desirable skills (Not Mandatory):
Knowledge and understanding of security concepts, encryption, LDAP directories, Single Sign-on, PKI, database security, web security, smart cards,
etc. from the business problem solving, architecture and application design perspectives. |
