Pawan Yadav, industry leader and Enterprise Mobility thought leader has joined SDG to lead the CoE. He brings to and this position more than 16 years of Information Technology experience, including 12 years with IBM Application Innovation Services working on leading-edge emerging technologies and serving financial services sector clients for the past 14 years, including GE Capital Fleet, Citigroup, Bank of America, VISA, and American Express Technologies (AET).

Pawan's CoE management responsibilities include end-to-end strategy, planning, staffing, and commercial operations. His background includes enterprise mobile solutions, web development, enterprise and application architecture consulting, internet and mobile banking, complex development program and project management, and establishing global application development-delivery centers.
