The CoE's expanded mandate will focus on helping companies create and grow knowledge enterprises where employees, customers, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders can freely communicate, share, and create. Industry leader Anurag Gupta, Collaboration and eCommerce Practice Leader will be leading the team as it expands into the marketplace and within current clients. Throughout his career, Anurag has managed and successfully delivered mission critical engagements for Fortune Global 500 companies and led outsourcing organizations in multifarious domains and technologies including CRM, eCommerce, digital and more. He brings to this Practice more than 18 years of senior management IT experience including business process management (BPM), portal solutions, software development, testing, and other related leading-edge services. Prior to joining SDG, Anurag worked at Birlasoft (India) Pvt. Ltd , where he managed multiple and simultaneous large projects for clients including NBC Universal, General Electric, MetLife, Genworth, and OpenSolutions. Prior to Birlasoft, he worked at other internationally recognized IT and software organizations including Tata Infotech Ltd (TCS), InfoGain Corp, Nortel Networks, Amdocs, and Tumbleweed Communications.
