SDG announces Cloud Computing and CRM Practice 'Center of Excellence'

NORWALK, CT (February 5, 2013) -- SDG Corporation, an award-winning Advisory and Technology services and GRC software solutions provider, announced today the formation of its Cloud Computing and CRM practice 'Center of Excellence' (CoE). The CoE will enable each client to leverage SDG's 20-plus years of business and technology expertise to develop and deploy optimized solutions, with world class support for every engagement.

Rafat Khan has joined SDG as Practice Leader for its Cloud Computing and CRM CoE. Rafat is an industry leader with more than 23 years of information technology experience, including 15 years in CRM and more than 10 years leading the development and delivery of Salesforce.com solutions. He will be responsible for the CoE's strategy, planning, staffing, and commercial operations. His background includes CRM, SaaS, cloud computing, business process and process automation consulting, project lifecycle management, and system implementation.
