Ajay Gupta, President, Chief Executive Officer, Chair of the Board of Directors
Ajay established SDG Corporation in 1993 to pioneer a unique delivery-driven culture designed to meet each client challenge based upon an extensive blend of knowledge, experience, skills, passion, and imagination. Ajay, as President and Chief Executive Officer, and his management team work hand-in-hand with each client to align their strategic and functional line-of-business IT to company-wide, objectives-based initiatives and tactical programs to deliver identifiable near- to-long-term bottom-line results. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of SDG Corporation.
Ajay earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology and has completed the Advanced Management Executive Program at Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

Deepak Aggarwal, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Deepak, in his capacity as the firm's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, oversees the controller, treasury, compliance, and tax functions. He has 30-plus years of multi-national corporate experience. Prior to joining SDG, Deepak served as Senior Executive Vice President for an international freight forwarding company, where he oversaw and secured the firm's ISO 9001 accreditation in the UK. Upon joining SDG, he assisted the company in establishing its offshore development center in India. He serves on SDG Corporation's Board of Directors where he provides executive-level managerial planning and strategic operations support to the CEO and Chairman of the Board.

Cliff LaCoursiere, Senior Vice President, Client Solutions & Marketing
Cliff LaCoursiere, in his capacity as SDG's Senior Vice President, Client Services & Marketing, serves as the executive manager for all client engagement, account management and business development, and marketing initiatives and programs. With 20-plus years of senior management leadership experience building, managing, and mentoring high-performance cross-functional matrixed teams and business units, he focuses on each of SDG's market and industry sectors and clients. In his current and past roles he has had significant product, business development, and sales experience opening new sales and distribution channels, as well as experience in client identification and retention and specialized business partnerships and ventures.
Prior to joining SDG, Cliff co-founded CallMiner, the leading voice-of-the-customer analytics software company. Prior to CallMiner, Cliff co-founded ThinkEngine Networks, a leading developer of the media servers found in every major telecommunications network.
Cliff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Nag Bhadravati, Senior Vice President, Global Delivery Solutions
Nag, as SDG's Senior Vice President, Global Delivery Solutions, has almost 20 years of executive-level information technology experience. His progressive multi-SBU leadership has created a passion for surpassing service and financial objectives via a combination of world-class service delivery, lean operating methods, and incentive-driven rewards for team achievement. As an SDG executive manager, he and his interrelated business-practice teams work in conjunction with each client to ascertain current and future strategic and tactical business needs and requirements and to deliver to each a world-class product, professional service, and/or advisory solution. Nag is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional specializing in technical consulting, program management, client relationship management, multimillion-dollar P&L management, and turnaround leadership and management. Prior to joining SDG, he worked at Fujitsu Consulting and Tata Consultancy Services.
Nag earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from National Institute of Technology Karnataka, a graduate certificate in Project Management from Colorado State University, and a post-graduate certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Phil Popick, Senior Vice President, Global Technology Solutions, Chief Technology Officer
Phil has 20-plus years of senior executive IT management, planning, and business experience. As Senior Vice President, Global Technology Solutions, and Chief Technology Officer, he and his cross-matrixed teams have delivered best-in-class, high-performing systems and solutions to SDG's client base of organizations ranging from emerging companies to Fortune Global 50 enterprises.
He has also served as the firm's Global Practice Manager for its Security and Identity Management Practice. In this capacity, Phil has worked with SDG's global clients in the Financial Services, Capital Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, and Consumer Product Goods sectors. Prior to joining SDG, Phil held senior management and technology positions at GE and Allied Signal.
Phil earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Connecticut.

Sabyasachi, Vice President, Global Delivery Solutions
Sabyasachi, in his capacity as SDG's Vice President, Global Delivery Solutions, is the senior manager overseeing the firm's worldwide delivery centers and client locations. As the executive manager he leads these initiatives from concept to strategy, through architecture, roadmap and realization of business benefits.
He has 13 plus years of experience within the architectural consulting, new product initiatives, product engineering, global delivery, project and program management, as well as the risk and resource management business sectors. His extensive senior management experience spans enterprise application solutions, speech technology, portal and content management, and identity and access management.
Sabyasachi earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree and a Master's of Science Degree in Computer Science from Banaras Hindu University.

She brought to the firm over 13 years of extensive IT experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for a number of Fortune 100 companies globally, with the latest focus on managing global delivery for all engagements for the Corporate Information Systems group at GE Corporate.

Naresh Podila, Vice President, Products and Platforms
Naresh, in his capacity as SDG's Vice President, Products and Platforms, is the senior manager overseeing the firm's strategy, planning, management, and commercial operations for TruOps. In his previous roles for the firm, Naresh managed several of SDG's largest and most prestigious accounts and had been responsible for ensuring growth and satisfaction. Examples include the financial services arm of a large industrial conglomerate as well as at a large defense and aerospace company.
He specializes in strategic planning, client relationship management, technology outsourcing, tuning and technology, enabling business processes, and change management. Prior to SDG, Naresh worked at GE where he deployed his certified Six Sigma skills to improve and technology enable processes around order entry and commercial pricing. Prior to GE, Naresh worked at Infosys where he was responsible for technology leadership and management of technical delivery turnkey solutions.
Naresh earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology in Warangal, India and a Master of Business Administration degree with specialization in Finance from Pace University, New York.

Rafat Khan, Cloud Computing and CRM Practice Leader
Rafat, in his capacity as a SDG Practice Leader, has direct senior manager responsibility for the firm's strategy, planning, management, engagement deliverance, and commercial operations for the Cloud Computing and CRM Practice. He brings over 23 years of deep and wide software services experience, along with integral experience in marketing, sales, and customer service functions. His expertise includes Business Process Consulting, Business Process Re-engineering, Business Process Automation Consulting, CRM Consulting, Cloud Computing Consulting, Software-as-a-Service Implementations, and Systems' Integration and Implementation, with keen oversight on Project Lifecycle Management,. Throughout his career, Rafat has extensively worked with Global Fortune Clients in the Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Telecom, Hospitality verticals, and with renowned Non-Profit organizations.
Prior to joining SDG, Rafat has worked with some of the leading Salesforce.com Partner companies, such as ASTADIA, HCL Technologies, and Polaris, in the roles of Solution Architect, Principal Consultant, and Business Head. Rafat has been closely associated with Salesforce.com Professional Services and their Customer Support Services. In the past, Rafat has been certified a consultant on Oracle Financials, SIEBEL, SalesLogix, and Salesforce.com. He started his career with Mastek Ltd. as a COBOL developer in 1988, then rapidly moved on to newer web-based technologies, in the roles of Technical Architect, Project Manager and Business Automation - Strategy Consultant. Most recently, Rafat has gained experience in cloud based solutions design, migrations, integrations and global implementations, on force.com, AZURE, AWS and Google Apps, in his Cloud Computing Consultant role, with leading global clients.

He brings over 18+ years of senior management IT experience, primarily in the areas of Business Process Management, Portal Solutions, Software Development, Testing, and other related leading-edge business and IT services. He has managed and successfully delivered projects for Fortune Global 500 companies and has led outsourcing organizations in multifarious domains and technologies including CRM, eCommerce, Digital Media, Banking, Mortgage Insurance, and Email Security.
Anurag's expertise includes full-cycle program management, pre-sales through post-delivery project management, Center of Excellence (CoE) establishment and ongoing operations, near- to long-term innovative client solutions, continuous process improvement activities, new tools and technologies, knowledge management, and competency development.
Prior to joining SDG, Anurag worked at Birlasoft (India) Pvt. Ltd. from August, 2004 through August, 2010 where he was the Program Manager for multiple and simultaneous large projects for clients including NBC Universal, General Electric, MetLife, Genworth, and OpenSolutions. Prior to Birlasoft, Anurag worked at other internationally recognized IT and software organizations including Tata Infotech Ltd (TCS), InfoGain Corp, Nortel Networks, Amdocs, and Tumbleweed Communications.
Anurag's technology background includes Content Management Systems, Portals, eCommerce, SOA, SharePoint, LifeRay, open-source solutions, C/C++, .NET and J2EE.

Pawan, in his capacity as a SDG Practice Leader, has direct senior management responsibility for the firm's strategy, planning, staffing, engagement deliverance, and commercial operations for the Enterprise Mobility Practice. He brings over 16+ years of IT experience, primarily in the Financial Services - Retail Banking and Credit Card sectors. His expertise includes leading large and complex development programs - time and materials with upper cap and fixed bid, web and enterprise mobility applications services and solutions delivery management, personnel and staff management, and contract and cost management.
Throughout his career, he has mastered and focused on building complete client satisfaction through the formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of applications, technical and business solutions, as well as exceeding each client's expectations.
Prior to joining SDG, Pawan worked at IBM India Pvt. Ltd. from July, 2000 through December, 2012 where he managed large global projects for Citigroup, Bank of America, American Express Technologies, and VISA Inc. Throughout this period, his roles included Global Delivery Mobile Leader, Delivery Project Executive, Development Manager, and Application Architect. Prior to IBM, he worked at SDG, Bharti Cellular (Airtel) and Hero Honda Motor Ltd. (HHML), where he implemented several key initiatives including GE Capital Fleet Management System (SDG) in six countries and Bar Code System in HHML.
Pawan's technical expertise includes a solid background in Enterprise Mobile Solutions, Application Architecture, Java/J2EE, Websphere Application Server, MQ Series, DB2, OTMA Bridge and C/C++.

Santosh Kumar Singh, Identity and Access Management (IAM) Practice Leader
Santosh, in his capacity as SDG Identity and Access Management (IAM) Practice Leader, has direct senior management responsibility for the firm's strategy, planning, competency building, and engagement deliverance for this Practice. He brings over 12+ years of extensive IT, business, and project management and delivery experience, primarily within enterprise directory, single sign-on (SSO) application, and federated identity services, provisioning solutions, role and password management, and security audit and enterprise blueprint. Santosh possesses strong architecture and implementation expertise in all areas within these technologies and has repeatedly lead teams in successfully deploying complex technical solutions.
Throughout his career, he has mastered and focused on building complete client satisfaction through the formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of applications, technical and business solutions, and exceeding client’s expectations.
At SDG since 2004, he has lead multiple roles including lead architect for simultaneous Fortune Global 50 client projects providing and deploying highly-available and scalable enterprise identity architectures. Prior to SDG he worked at Tritronics India Pvt Ltd, Global Infosystems Ltd, and Dimension India Pvt Ltd.
Santosh’s technical expertise includes a solid background in Java/J2EE, Sun Identity and Access Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Analytics and Directory Servers.
Santosh earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication in 1994 from Kuvempu University, Karnataka, India followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computer Software Design and Development in 2000 from CDAC Noida, India.
