Ajay Gupta, Chairman, Director

Ajay established SDG Corporation in 1993 to pioneer a unique delivery-driven culture designed to meet each client challenge based upon an extensive blend of knowledge, experience, skills, passion, and imagination. Ajay, as President and Chief Executive Officer, and his management team work hand-in-hand with each client to align their strategic and functional line-of-business IT to company-wide, objectives-based initiatives and tactical programs to deliver identifiable near- to-long-term bottom-line results. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of SDG Corporation.

Ajay earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology and has completed the Advanced Management Executive Program at Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. 

Deepak Aggarwal, Director

Deepak, in his capacity as the firm’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, oversees the controller, treasury, compliance, and tax functions. He has 30-plus years of multi-national corporate experience. Prior to joining SDG, Deepak served as Senior Executive Vice President for an international freight forwarding company, where he oversaw and secured the firm’s ISO 9001 accreditation in the UK. Upon joining SDG, he assisted the company in establishing its offshore development center in India. He serves on SDG Corporation’s Board of Directors where he provides executive-level managerial planning and strategic operations support to the CEO and Chairman of the Board.

Sumit Ganguli, Director

Sumit's extensive BPO outsourcing background serves to provide support to the CEO in strategy and business development. Sumit was a member of the Governing Council at iGATE and oversaw Strategic Consulting, IP and M&A operations for the company. Sumit is an Adjunct Professor for the Executive MBA Program at Rutgers State University, New Jersey. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from IIM Kolkata.
